Arrangements and production are more sophisticated and inventive than past recordings, and their refined musicianship adds significant depth, power and clarity/5().

6. My cassette copy of "A Gilded Eternity" has long since been atomized and levitated away in a fine shower of particulate. It felt like I wore that copy out within a year of its purchase. It was the perfect music for entering headspace through all sorts of avenues, and attentive listening consistently revealed new depths to Loop's final release/5(19).

Robert Hampson finalmente refina o som hipnotizante de Loop em A Gilded franterfendvenome.ckonlounlampmillpewquaichorpanumlinomil.coo das guitarras ensurdecedoras de Heaven's End e incrementando os arranjos baseando-se no minimalismo, Loop deixa de ser repetitivo e cansativo como visto em Fade Out, se aproximando mais do space-rock do que para o feedback pop (de bandas como Jesus and Mary Chain).
