7. Aficionados of s psychedelic rock recognize the Freeborne’s album Peak Impressions as one of the best and most collectable records in the genre. Formed in as an offshoot of two Boston-area garage bands (The Missing Links and the Indigos), the Freeborne have remained something of an enigma; avoiding both the limelight and the eventual stigma associated with the “Bosstown” fad.

9. That's because you'd like to hear more material by that group. The Freeborne is one of those I'm afraid. They were active for a short time back in the late 60's and Peak Impressions was the only LP they ever recorded. This album is filled with magnificent material. "Peak Impressions & Thoughts" is probably one of the trippiest songs ever made.
